Charting the menstrual cycle using the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System enables precise fertility awareness by identifying a woman’s fertile and infertile phases based on the observation of cervical mucus and other vaginal discharge patterns.

The presence of continuous mucus or small amounts of vaginal discharge does not prevent accurate charting. Through individualized instruction, a trained FertilityCare Practitioner guides couples throughout the learning process, helping them correctly interpret their observations and develop confidence in using the Creighton Model in everyday life.

The Creighton Model supports both couples who are hoping to conceive—by identifying the days of peak fertility—and those who wish to postpone pregnancy naturally.
