We had the opportunity to learn about the Creighton Model before our wedding, while preparing for marriage. We consider it a great value to have been able to calmly analyze cycles and learn how to recognize fertility with an instructor before beginning our marital life together.

It is worth investing this time, as marriage preparation courses usually do not provide such focused attention on fertility; it is most often only briefly introduced as a topic.

We also experienced that by attending follow-ups together, we reflected on the woman’s cycle as something that became our cycle—a shared space for conversation, understanding, and mutual support.

In our married life, thanks to cycle awareness, we were able to welcome the awaited child and also postpone conception when we discerned that the time was right. We feel that this method provides us with valuable knowledge about women’s health and a sense of inner freedom, as it fosters mutual respect. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We have been using the Creighton Model for approximately five years. During this time, our two sons were born. We chose the Creighton Model not because of difficulties with conception, but because we considered it the most advanced and systematically developed of all natural methods of fertility regulation.

uring thoughtfully scheduled appointments, the practitioner explained the observation rules step by step. As a result, the menstrual cycle became clear and understandable to us. We completed exercises, were able to ask questions, and received specific answers supported by data and/or experience. The instructor also regularly encouraged breast self-examination on day 7 of the cycle (a big plus!).

As a result, we gained knowledge that helped us observe both regular and irregular cycles, including special circumstances such as breastfeeding. We received a high-quality tool that significantly reduced stress and uncertainty for us.

In the Creighton Model, we also value the fact that we attended sessions together as a couple. This ensured that the male partner in our team also understands what is happening, and the responsibility for planning the number of children is shared more equally. 🙂

In summary, in our opinion, the Creighton Model provides structured knowledge and practical tools for cycle observation. This brings peace of mind and enables informed decisions regarding parenthood. All of this takes place in accordance with conscience, reason, and with care for women’s health.
